A $15 late fee will be applied if you are more then 15 minutes late. If you are 30 minutes late your appointment will be canceled.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance.

If you fail to attend your appointment without providing prior notice (a “no-call, no-show”), a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

Please remove all dirt/food from your nails prior to the appointment.

Please Fill out the consultation forms truthfully and list any allergies you many have.

If you have acrylic nails on please add a “Foreign Soak Off” to your appointment, or remove them prior to arrival.
